Wallpaper That Moves Video: 3:36. At Oxygen, a two young designers — Jen Taylor and Randy Lowenstein — made this short film from slides provided by the Wallpaper Dept at the Cooper-Hewett Museum of Design in NYC. They used the animation application After Effects, from Adobe (the maker of Photoshop)
